Please read these terms carefully. By using our services, you are agreeing to these terms. If you cannot agree to for some reason, we do not allow you to use this system.

Terms of Service

‘ The purpose of these terms
These terms set forth matters you should know when you use Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Spectrum User Electronic Application/Report System (collectively referred to as gthe systemh).

‘ Copyright
Content with which the system provides users belongs to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications(gMICh) and is protected by Universal Copyright Convention and Copyright related laws and regulations of Japan.
You can cite, copy or reproduce in whole or in part of the content for private use or use admitted by Copyright Act such as citing if you clearly show the source in an appropriate manner.
If there is a note such as gAll rights reservedh, please follow the note.

‘ The available time for the system
You can use the system 24 hours a day in principle. When the system needs maintenance, the MIC can suspend operating the system without prior notice for users.

‘ Prohibitions
The followings are prohibited in using the system.
1. Using the system for reasons other than application or report to the MIC.
2. Committing acts of unauthorized computer access towards the system.
3. Altering, compiling or distributing any program with which the MIC lend or provide users by the system without permission of the MIC.
4. Intentionally disrupting administration and operation of the system.
5. Intentionally sending virus infected files to the system.

‘ Disclaimer
The MIC disclaims all responsibility for damage to you or to third parties arising from your use of the system.
You are required to manage strictly a digital certificate, its password, your ID and your password to use the system. You are responsible for managing a digital certificate, its password, your ID and your password for the system and for the matters derived from their management. The MIC is not be responsible for any of above.

‘ Collection and analysis of the system usage records
The information of users (domain name, IP address, browser type, operating system type of a device) and usage status (connection destination, URL, application history) are collected by the system to the extent necessary for smooth operation of the system. Collected information is used for analyzing trends of users in order to improve services provided by the system.

‘ Changes of terms
The MIC can change these terms without prior notice when it is deemed necessary. If you use the system after changing these terms, you are agreeing to the change in terms.

‘ hArrivalh in the system
gArrivalh of the system means the completion of submitting an application. Date and time (JST) of the completion are recognized by the system.
Please confirm the completion of submission without delay on your responsibility.

‘ Personal information
The system manages personal information strictly and takes preventive measures against its loss, falsification, destruction and leakage. The MIC ensures security by setting up a firewall to prevent an unauthorized person from accessing to personal information and by SSL encryption or security measures compliant with SSL encryption in case that third parties commit unauthorized access when personal information is exchanged through the system.

‘ Usage environment
You cannot use the system under the environment where Cookies and JavaScript are not valid.

‘ Cookie policy
The system uses cookies to improve convenience.
Cookies are valid only during the session. Cookies sent from the server of the system are deleted at the same time when you logout of the system or when the session times out. Only a session ID of a user and a system ID are stored in Cookies. You cannot identify individual user by the session ID alone.
Cookies are used for specifying the browser of a user by sending information such as a session ID to the browser from the web server.
